Issue:
Unable to log in to the Sage RTU C3413 (Green CPU) due to unknown or forgotten credentials.

User Role: Administrator

Cause:
The default login credentials are required for initial access or after a reset. Users may be unaware of the factory-set username and password.

Resolution:
Use the following default credentials to log in:

• Username: Admin
• Password: Admin
