Jean-Pascal Tricoire a rejoint Schneider Electric en 1986. Fin 2001 il est nommé au Comité exécutif en charge de la division international puis en 2003 Directeur général délégué (COO). En 2006 il devient Président du Directoire avant d’être finalement nommé en avril 2013 Président-Directeur général.
