Javed Ahmad

Javed has 27 years of international experience in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry. A thought leader and expert, he has spent a significant time of his career in managing end to end supply chain, transformation and managing complex operations across the globe. He is currently Senior Vice President for Schneider Electric India and runs its Global Supply Chain in India, Middle East and Africa. His portfolio has a well-rounded mix of tailored supply chain processes, smart factories and smart logistics centers.   Javed started his career as a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in APC by Schneider Electric, following which he moved into the role of General Manager - India Global Supply Chain Operations. From this he moved through the role of Vice President - Global Supply Chain in the Indian Region to his current position. His work has played a pivotal role in spearheading the set up and growth of ITB in India from 1991 with a green field start up operation. He has established 11 global factories, 8 distribution centres and 3000 employees catering to the need of customers all over the world.  Javed had grown through the ranks at Schneider Electric in the past 27 years while building a strong experience in business strategy, lean manufacturing, quality processes, new product development, innovation, global sourcing, procurement, network modeling and quality value engineering. Javed has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and has done an Advance Leadership programme from Harvard Business School, while his Bachelor’s degree is in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.

Anil Chaudhry

Zone President and Managing Director
Anil Chaudhry is a power sector veteran with over three decades of experience in energy and infrastructure segment. A strong votary of the usage of technology and smart grid initiatives, Anil brings with him extensive learning of digitisation of the power sector.  Anil was appointed as the Managing Director and Country President of Schneider Electric India in the year 2013. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Organisation, Infrastructure and a member of the Leadership Team in Paris. Anil champions the cause of energy efficient and green technologies and has done substantial amount of work, for French business interests worldwide with a focus on infrastructure development, climate change, access to energy and skill development. He is determined to set up new benchmarks for the usage of innovative techniques to provide world class services to customers. Anil is extremely passionate towards promoting diversity & inclusion. He is also member of Women Advisory Board at Schneider Electric.  In July 2015, Anil was conferred the highest French civilian distinction – Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour) by President of Republic of France recognizing his significant contributions towards strengthening Indo-French economic relations.  In his over 30 years of experience, Anil has held leadership positions in management, operations, sales, strategy and business development with Global responsibility based out of Europe and India.  Anil is an engineering graduate from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. He further pursued an Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School.  Anil has published and presented numerous technical and concept papers at various national and international seminars for application of digital technology, automation & IoT for energy management and efficiency for smart infrastructure and smart cities.

Shrinivas Chebbi

Shrinivas Chebbi is a phenomenal leader with an extensive experience in the area of electronics & industrial controls and is also an avid speaker on Energy Efficient Data centres & Power Quality on many forums. Shrinivas is currently the country GM and Vice President for India & SAARC countries. His association with Schneider Electric goes back to the year 1998 when he first joined as the Industrial Control Engineer and later on went to become the Country Manager for Bahrain. During his tenure as the Industrial Control Engineer, he was instrumental in setting up the industrial controls business in Gulf which saw phenomenal growth during 1998-2001. He has been an active contributor in Schneider Electric’s success in many strategic national projects and also created the equipment franchise & technical JV. Later on, in 2004 he moved back to Schneider Electric Gulf Headquarter as the Regional Director of Dubai & Northern Emirates. He successfully headed the group in many national strategic projects including the Dubai International Airport project, for which Schneider Electric won an award from the Dubai Government. In 2008, he was responsible for close to 50% of the Gulf business and had implemented major partnerships, JVs and created new entities in Gulf. In the same year, Shrinivas moved to APC by Schneider Electric as Country GM and Vice President for India & SAARC countries. He has been instrumental in ascertaining major transformations towards making the company one of the leading & most admired employer and a trusted customer partner in Data Centres and power solutions for Home & business networks. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Shrinivas was associated with ABB group in India for over 8 years where he handled various departments and Bus industrial automation area. He also led ABB process automation & controls division success in process industries in post liberalized India from 1990-1998. He is an alumnus of Harvard Executive Education and did his electrical engineering from Karnataka University. Peeking into his personal life, Shrinivas is a keen traveller with a longing for back-pack travelling. Not only is he an avid reader but he also enjoys Indian movies & music and has keen appreciation for world cultures & cuisine. He is an environment lover with interests in sustainable & inclusive development; people led initiatives and affordable education for all. His dream is to see every child receive an equal opportunity to education, basic health care, love & affection it deserves.

Srinivas K Shanbhogue

Srinivas Shanbhogue is a highly empathetic, people centric, strong business leader with over 20 years of experience in B2B & B2C Markets. Srinivas started with Schneider Electric in the year 2003 and has donned various hats in Sales, Strategy, Marketing and Distribution. Srinivas in his current role heads the Retail Business for Schneider Electric India. In the last 15 years Srinivas, has played a very critical role in the strategic transformation initiatives of Schneider Electric India such as M&A integration, Channel Segmentation, Launch of New Growth Engines / startups are accredited to him. Earlier, in his career he has worked with organizations such as ABG Group, Legrand and Tech Pacific. Srinivas is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Mangalore University.

Premraj Krishnakutty

An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Premraj Krishnakutty brings with him, rich expertise in Product and Technology Development, Systems and Software Architecture and Business Development. Premraj’s key strengths lies in providing leadership in establishing multi skilled high-performance teams, ability to conceptualize and create technology products from ideation to market launch and collaborate globally in creating successful new ideas. Having worked in emerging markets and incubated new business, Premraj brings with him extensive and unique learning about the industry ecosystem and the marketplace. Premraj was appointed as the VP Engineering, Schneider Electric, India in 2013. In this role, he has been successfully managing the global engineering team in India for product development for Retail, Partner Projects and Eco Building business. He was entrusted with additional responsibilities as the R&D Lead, for Schneider Electric, India since April 2017. Prior to this, he has been part of the Ingersoll Rand, as Senior Director- Technology Business Development, wherein he led the team for developing business ideas for remote services. He also spent almost 15 years with Honeywell as, Engineering Emerging Regions Growth, enabling the company’s business growth in adjacent markets segments and whitespaces for Honeywell in the emerging markets of India, China and Middle East. He started his career with Bhabha Atomic Research Center, as a Design Engineer for Nuclear Power Reactor Protection and Monitoring systems. Premraj is an engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology. He further perused a course in Nuclear Engineering Orientation and PGSEM from IIM Bangalore.

Rachna Mukherjee

Rachna Mukherjee, Country Partner - VP - HR, Greater India, Human Resources, Schneider Electric   Currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Schneider Electric, India, Rachna Mukherjee has worked extensively in the areas of Talent Management, Career/ Succession Planning, Organisation Capability, Change Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Organisation Design.  She also has a rich experience of managing HR operations which enhances her ability to evolve and implement long term transformational initiatives. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she was Vice President HR at Aircel Ltd. She has managed HR for the organisation through its exponential growth phase of doubling the employee base in a short span, has driven the people agenda for the launch of an additional 13 circle operations and had led various strategic HR initiatives during the most dynamic phase of the organisation. She carries a diverse experience of over 25 years. She is a certified Executive and Life Coach from International Coach Federation and certified to conduct a series of leadership and employee development interventions by organisations like Hay, Gallup, DDI, Covey Institute etc. and is an achievement motivation trainer.  Rachna has played key strategic roles in organisations such as Microsoft, IBM, Escotel Mobile Communications, NIC and Blue Star – Hewlett Packard. Rachna is a recipient of the Businessworld Woman HR Leader of the Year Award, 2016 and the HR Leadership Award - 2010 Rachna is an Electronics & Electrical Engineer from BITS - Pilani and after an initial contribution to Engineering roles, she moved to Human Resources.

Bidisha Nagaraj

Bidisha has 25 years of cross-industry experience in Marketing. A thought leader and a strategic marketing expert, she has spent a significant time of her career in Technology, Retail and Entrepreneurship. Bidisha started with Schneider in the year 2016 as CMO. She currently holds the position of Vice President for Schneider Electric India and runs the Marketing function for the company. Her assignment portfolio has a well-rounded mix of Fortune 500 companies as well as Indian Early stage Start-Ups. Bidisha’s experience includes assignments in India as well as Asia Pacific regions. Starting off her career in Advertising with Lowe Lintas, on the Unilever business, she moved to Compaq Computers spearheading the launch of Compaq Presario in India. From here on she moved onto an illustrious stint with Intel Corporation in India and APAC region overseeing Consumer Marketing as well as Retail Programs. Moving on she joined Google India in the early days when the Internet giant was setting up operations in India responsible for Marketing of Search and Mobile products. From Technology, she then switched categories to move into Retail joining India’s largest Coffee Chain called Coffee Day Group. She spearheaded their growth and distribution and was part of the team that took the Company public. She also has a strong stint in advising early stage start-ups and became an Independent Marketing Advisor for companies in the areas of Education, Mobile Commerce, Radio Taxi Service, Food and Beverage and the Internet Talent Platform. Bidisha is a Post Graduate in Mass Communications and has been focused in the Marketing function all through her career

Meenu Singhal

Meenu Singhal, Vice President, Industry business, Schneider Electric     Meenu Singhal is an avid professional having remarkable experience across various sectors which includes Organization services and support management, customers and partners relation, distribution strategy and sales & marketing. Meenu Singhal is associated with Schneider Electric as a Vice President for Industry business. He joined the company on March 2017 and is responsible for leading Industry Automation business of Schneider to scale it to newer heights while gaining better customers and partners’ satisfaction. He is also responsible for developing market sustainable & profitable growth for the company. Possessing over 26 years of rich industry experience, he started his professional journey in 1991 with Star Paper Mills, a Paper Manufacturing company. After that he joined Rockwell Automation in 1994 where he devoted 23 years spinning around various profiles. His sheer passion for Drives and making energy Clean and Sustainable made him a successful Business Manager for Power Control Business with Rockwell for India as well as South East Asia until 2009/2010, before he moved to create a different Go-To-Market model for Distribution and System Integrators for Rockwell India. Empowered with strong Planning and Execution skills, he managed successful End-to-End conversion and made Rockwell India a role model for rest of the world in Implementing and managing this change. Once done and stabilized the Market Access Model, he took over to stabilize the Services Business and led same successfully for couple of years. Meenu is an Electrical Engineering Graduate followed by Marketing Management from IMT, Ghaziabad Apart from work Meenu is a very jovial person by nature and a supportive team leader.

Venkatraman Swaminathan

Venkatraman Swaminathan Vice President & Country General Manager India & SAARC, IT Division Schneider Electric, India     Venkatraman Swaminathan is a seasoned professional with an extensive experience in the field of sales, service, marketing and business development. He brings with him an illustrious 28 years of industry experience. Venkat is highly proficient in Data Center solutions. He brings a wealth of experience in product based solutioning for Mission Critical Customer applications like Data centers, Mobile Switch Centers, Test laboratories etc. He is a Product domain expert for Power Conditioning (UPS), Precision Cooling, Rack Systems and such other Data Center offers. Venkatraman has been with Schneider Electric for over 6 years, managing strategic acquisitions while continuously providing product and people oriented solutions that lead to a consistent growth in the business. Venkat began his career as a management trainee at Voltas Ltd. in 1989 and took independent charge of Compressor Repair Shop. Very soon he took over as Senior Service Engineer - Mumbai region for all Cooling products. He expanded the regional sales by 25% during his tenure with Voltas Ltd. Industrial Cooling was clearly Venkat’s calling and he then joined Emerson Network Power in 1995 as their Sales Manager for Western Region. He excelled in selling Precision Cooling concepts at early stages of IT & Data Center boom in the country. With this success in his stride, he became Business Manager – Cooling product line for PAN India basis at Emerson in 1998. Working in the role, he managed to increase division revenues by three-folds for each sales associate and achieved the operating profits within 18 months of launching the products. From this pinnacle he went to become the Country Manager – Product Marketing at Emerson in 2002. He was responsible for Strategy & product management – UPS (Power Supplies – small, medium & High kVA UPS Systems), Precision Cooling and DC Power systems. By 2006, Venkatraman was a well-known name within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) industry with over a decade of rich experience and some major professional accomplishments he yearned for newer challenges and opportunities. In 2006 he joined APW President Systems Ltd. as Vice President – Enclosure Solutions & Technical Services. APW President was an Indian firm manufacturing IT Enclosures and trading in other IT products from foreign partners. This was a bold move by Venkat as he shifted from a multinational company like Emerson Network Power to an Indian company APW President, moving away from Cooling to IT Enclosures. But with his dedication and perseverance, he excelled in his new role and grew President Systems business by 30%+ during 2009-10. He introduced the consultative selling for IT Enclosures, thereby evolved a product for high heat density Server Racks, application note to enable a salesperson to sell the concept to potential customers. Successfully implemented Sales CRM for better business functioning. After streamlining the processes and putting APW President on the growth track Venkat moved back to his first love - Cooling -  at Uniflair India. He joined Uniflair in July 2010 as Managing Director handling the India region for the Uniflar cooling business. Under his able leadership company achieved 40% CAGR for 3-year period (2010-13) with capturing a large chunk of market share leading to profitable operation in India. Uniflair India was acquired by Schneider Electric India in December 2010 and thus Venkatraman became a Schneider Electric employee managing its IT Cooling line of business under Uniflair brand. Schneider Electric also acquired APW President Systems Ltd in January 2011. These two acquisitions led to an interesting curve in Venkat’s professional journey as he had the unique positioning of leading both the organizations successfully, had strong People and Customer connect of both entities. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Schneider Electric President Systems Ltd (formerly known as APW President Systems Ltd) in August’13 while he also headed the Cooling business in India under Schneider Electric. President systems saw a major turnaround under his leadership wherein the company grew profitably and integrated well with Schneider Electric thereby catering to Customers outside of India as well. A robust Distribution and Channel Partner business model was also set-up which led to a wider reach of President Systems products. President Systems was on a downward slope as IT/Telecom Racks business was on a consistent decline, market share dropped resulting in reduced factory utilization, therefore, increase in product cost spiralling further complications including loss of people morale. P&L was also negative leading to unprecedented Schneider Electric management attention for a reasonably small entity. Venkat took charge of the situation and along with his team focused on the business priorities catapulting the business to register a strong top-line growth between 2013-2015 wherein the turnover jumped almost 40% in 2015 versus 2013. Schneider Electric President Systems turnaround is a success story within Schneider Electric group and is considered as one of the best acquisitions Schneider Electric has done in the region. At President, the situation demanded to re-engineer the Sales Organization, getting the back office to collaborate & support Front office and then getting Customer focus, building strategy to win large deals. Venkat ensured all this with his perseverance to achieve high impact results with Goal-directed actions. In 2014, he took additional responsibility of Enterprise Sales & Business Development for Schneider Electric IT Business. While he is also the Managing Director of Schneider Electric President Systems, Venkatraman currently holds the position of VP & Country GM, IT Division- India & SAARC. Venkatraman is a high growth individual whose Customer relationships span more than two decades and therefore Customers associate with the organization he represents. Venkat is a people’s man and he believes in the collective strength of teams which can deliver differentiated performance and business results.
