Rajat joins Schneider Electric as the Vice President – Global marketing, Greater India, this year, and is entrusted with running the marketing function for the company, thereby, driving brand, digital & commercial excellence and helping the organization achieve its growth ambitions.
He will be a part of the Schneider Electric Global Marketing International Operations Leadership team, Schneider Electric India Management team and Schneider Electric India Private Limited (SEIPL) Leadership Council.
Starting his career with Apollo Tyres, Rajat has worked across B2C & B2B businesses in companies like Valvoline International, Philips Lighting & Carrier Air-conditioning.
Rajat holds a master’s degree in Marketing, Finance & Economics from the University of Delhi, India.

Currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Schneider Electric, India, Rachna Mukherjee has worked extensively in the areas of Talent Management, Career/ Succession Planning, Organisation Capability, Change Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Organisation Design. She also has a rich experience of managing HR operations which enhances her ability to evolve and implement long term transformational initiatives.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she was Vice President HR at Aircel Ltd. She has managed HR for the organisation through its exponential growth phase of doubling the employee base in a short span, has driven the people agenda for the launch of an additional 13 circle operations and had led various strategic HR initiatives during the most dynamic phase of the organisation.
She carries a diverse experience of over 25 years. She is a certified Executive and Life Coach from International Coach Federation and certified to conduct a series of leadership and employee development interventions by organisations like Hay, Gallup, DDI, Covey Institute etc. and is an achievement motivation trainer.

Javed has 27 years of international experience in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry. A thought leader and expert, he has spent a significant time of his career in managing end to end supply chain, transformation and managing complex operations across the globe.
He is currently Senior Vice President for Schneider Electric India and runs its Global Supply Chain in India, Middle East and Africa. His portfolio has a well-rounded mix of tailored supply chain processes, smart factories and smart logistics centers.
Javed started his career as a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in APC by Schneider Electric, following which he moved into the role of General Manager - India Global Supply Chain Operations. From this he moved through the role of Vice President - Global Supply Chain in the Indian Region to his current position. His work has played a pivotal role in spearheading the set up and growth of ITB in India from 1991 with a green field start up operation. He has established 11 global factories, 8 distribution centres and 3000 employees catering to the need of customers all over the world.
Javed had grown through the ranks at Schneider Electric in the past 27 years while building a strong experience in business strategy, lean manufacturing, quality processes, new product development, innovation, global sourcing, procurement, network modeling and quality value engineering.
Javed has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and has done an Advance Leadership programme from Harvard Business School, while his Bachelor’s degree is in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
Anil Chaudhry is a power sector veteran with over three decades of experience in energy and infrastructure segment. A strong votary of the usage of technology and smart grid initiatives, Anil brings with him extensive learning of digitisation of the power sector.
Anil was appointed as the Managing Director and Country President of Schneider Electric India in the year 2013. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Organisation, Infrastructure and a member of the Leadership Team in Paris. Anil champions the cause of energy efficient and green technologies and has done substantial amount of work, for French business interests worldwide with a focus on infrastructure development, climate change, access to energy and skill development. He is determined to set up new benchmarks for the usage of innovative techniques to provide world class services to customers. Anil is extremely passionate towards promoting diversity & inclusion. He is also member of Women Advisory Board at Schneider Electric.
In July 2015, Anil was conferred the highest French civilian distinction – Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour) by President of Republic of France recognizing his significant contributions towards strengthening Indo-French economic relations.

Venkat is a prolific business leader with 24 years of experience in managing businesses across domains and customer segments.

Venkat has been working with Schneider Electric for 13 years. He has a proven track record in leading and turning around businesses to consistently drive revenue and profitable growth through General management, Strategy, S & M, Business Development etc. Leading the Strategy and Alliance (S&A) function with primary focus on M&A in India and neighboring countries, Venkat is responsible for Energy Efficiency (EE) Programme of the company largely to promote EE and sustainability.
