Olivier Blum is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, effective November 4, 2024. Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. In his most recent role, he successfully led the company's fast-growing and world-class Energy Management business across all end markets, including data centers. Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer from 2020 to 2022, where he led the development of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and quality assurance. From 2014 to 2020, Olivier held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Schneider Electric, driving the company’s people strategy and earning recognition as France’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in 2019 by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro Décideurs, and Fyte for his transformative leadership and cultural impact. Olivier began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 in his home country of France. Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive international experience, holding key leadership roles in Asia including Regional Head of Strategy for China, Regional Managing Director for India, and a global role as Executive Vice President of the Home & Distribution division, based in Hong Kong. He has also been an independent director of Keppel Corporation and a member of its Sustainability and Safety Committees since May 2022. Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint. Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States, and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division. Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. He is a director of the worldwide board of the United Nations Global Compact, a United Nations #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion, and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as the Asia Business Council. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Northeastern University. Jean-Pascal is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the advisory councils of Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He led the France-China Business Council from 2009 to 2019. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Order of Merit in France. Deepak Sharma is the Zone President, Greater India and MD & CEO, Schneider Electric India (SEIPL). He has 30 years of experience with over 27 years at Schneider Electric, handling diverse roles based out of India, France, China, and the USA across Energy Management & Industrial Automation businesses. Starting in India as a Product Manager for Industrial Automation & Power Products business, Deepak has managed various global roles working across hubs of Schneider Electric in France, China, and the USA - in both Energy Management and Industrial Automation businesses. His journey took a full circle when he moved back to India in 2019 and led the integration of L&T Electrical and Automation Business with Schneider Electric as SVP, Mergers & Acquisitions. This integration was a key enabler in making India the 3rd largest market and one of the four global hubs of Schneider Electric, with 38000 employees and 31 factories. Deepak champions the usage & adoption of energy-efficient and green technologies. He aims to contribute towards a more sustainable, more electric, more digital business and societal environment. He has graduate and postgraduate degrees, and diplomas in management & Electrical Engineering, and is successfully trained through executive education programs of IIM-Ahmedabad, INSEAD France, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, USA. Deepak actively engages with industrial bodies and associations. He is currently a Governing Council Member of Indo French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFFCI) and the Vice President of Federation of European Business in India (FEBI).

Currently leading Corporate Strategy & Sustainability for Schneider India with a focus on future-proofing businesses, incubating ideas, championing Energy Efficiency & Sustainable development vision (ESG) of Schneider Electric. Sumati SahgalVice President – Retail, Schneider Electric IndiaSumati Sahgal is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across the banking, telecom, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President – Secure Power at Schneider Electric India, she leads the data center business for the Greater India Zone. In this role, she is instrumental in driving digital transformation and sustainable innovation. Prior to joining Schneider Electric in 2023, Sumati held key leadership roles at Lenovo, Bharti Airtel, and HSBC, where she led strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, and business development. Her cross-industry expertise has been pivotal in shaping Schneider Electric's omnichannel retail strategies, including the expansion of SE Pavilions and the launch of innovative product lines like the Miluz range and Scnheider Smart Home solution Wiser2.0. Sumati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters in Business Administraion from NMIMS, Mumbai , with a focus on marketing, digital transformation, and leadership. She was recently invited as Guest of Honour at the IBS Mumbai 2024 convocation, where she addressed over 500 future business professionals. She has taken guest lectures on Strategy, retail transformation and sustainability for the final year MBA students at NMIMS. Anshum Jain Vice President – Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations (India), Schneider Electric Anshum Jain serves as Vice President – Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations (India) at Schneider Electric, where he leads the company’s manufacturing and supply chain strategy across the region. His responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, enhancing supply chain resilience, and supporting long-term transformation initiatives. With close to three decades of experience in global manufacturing and operations, he has held leadership roles across multiple international organisations. At Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he led initiatives focused on performance improvement and sustainability. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at WIRTGEN Group, contributing to the development of robust operational systems and leadership capabilities. His previous roles include General Manager – Operations at Terex Corporation, overseeing end-to-end manufacturing with P&L responsibility, and Manager – Operations at MTU, where he worked on program and process design for large-scale industrial operations. Mr. Jain’s expertise spans manufacturing strategy, supply chain optimisation, financial turnaround, and large-scale digital transformation. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Organizational Development from Wayne State University, with a concentration in Business Management.
