MEDIA STATEMENT ISSUED ON BEHALF OF SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

This is to inform that SEIPL on 23 January 2023, signed a white labelling agreement with Elmeasure India Private Limited.  

This arrangement is one of the many terms of the CCI approval for the acquisition of the Electrical and Automation business of Larsen and Toubro Limited by SEIPL as a going concern on a slump sale basis. This is the second white labelling arrangement initiated by SEIPL, in terms of the CCI approval for the acquisition.
