This may be due to over voltage/temperature.

DigitAN has inbuilt over voltage/temperature protection which will interrupt the functioning of the meter temporarily,
when the voltage/temperature rise beyond the specified limit, as a pre-cautionary measure.

To make the meter to function again, interrupt the power supply or reduce the voltage/temperature within the limit.
