After a crash, please perform following steps:

Power cycle crash PLC once only
Connect with Unity Pro
Use "Tech Support" button to open Diagnostic Wizard screen
Check PLC application box and choose a destination folder
After pressing ok, a new file called "DiagFiles_*.std" is created in selected folder
Send the crash log file to Tech Support for investigation
Validate the file before sending to Tech Support.

Refer the attached video for more details. To check the validity of the crash file open the extracted *.std file in notepad
and search for the word “GO” or “END”, if its found then only the file is a valid crash log file for further analysis.
