The Vijeo Frame Application Error occur because one DLL (Dynamic link library)is not registered correctly in
the Windows System after the installation of a patch.The solution would be to execute the following
command (in the "RUN" window of Windows- Regsvr32 "%SystemRoot%\system32\msxml3.dll".This will register
the DLL again and user would be able to open VijeoDesigner application normally from SoMachine Software.
