tLIM permit to limit the torque when the motor is in motor mode and tLIG permit to limit the torque when the motor is in
generator mode. So, these functions permit to limit the motor available torque (for example in case of motor mode, if torque
need by application increased more than the limit ,then the speed will decrease and the torque does not exceed the limit) ,and
not to stop the motor when the limit is reached.
