The causes of a CB Control fault are as follows:
1. Circuit Breaker control is turned on and inputs I11 and I12 are not wired.
2. Circuit Breaker control is turned on and inputs I11 and I12 are wired incorrectly. I11 should be wired to the open
status on the breaker while I12 is wired to the closed status.
