When a master like EGX, ION Enterprise ,System (PC) sends a query & doesn't receive any response from the Meter
within the wait time then the error is called Timeout Error.

Timeout errors may occur due to following reasons
a) When meter is busy & not able to respond the query
b) When the meter doesn't receive the entire query sent by the master or PC
c) When there is an error in the query received by meter
