The error E7331 indicates that the drive can not initialize the Motor encoder or cannot read the complete encoder data of Motor encoder.
This could be because either Motor Encoder is faulty or the Encoder cable is not working properly or there is a damaged in Drive Encoder
Connector.
I would recommend you to first check with new Motor so that we can verify that Encoder is faulty then check for the encoder cable if both do
not work I would suggest you to check the drive for fault in encoder connector for any physical damage or error.
