To open a TwidoSoft (.twd) application with TwidoSuite, the procedure is as follows:
- launch TwidoSuite
- select "Programming" Mode
- select 'Open an existing project' and select From Disk
- select 'TwidoSoft file' format at the bottom of the screen
- find the file location and open the file
The Twido range is discontinued and the possible replacement is the Modicon M221. The software to program this new controller is the EcoStruxure Machine Expert Basic also free.
The software can automatically be migrated to this new platform but check with our support center your architecture to validate the migration.
