What is the difference between BMXRMS008MPF and BMXRMS008MP.

There is a difference of memory size between the two.

BMXRMS008MP can store 8MB data.
BMXRMS008MPF card that you can use the data file storage function with the file instructions.
In the BMXRMS008MPF card the maximal size of the data storage file is 16 MB but it is recommended in the documentation to use only 8 Mo because this part of the memory card is also used by WEB pages and by the OS Unity loader.So if you use all the 16 MB size you will be not able to upgrade the CPU firmware in the future.
