What are the remedies of O.CF fault on Altivar 312 drive.
The O.CF fault comes on starting and during running and it comes mostly during running.
- Sometimes if we reduce CLI it works but it depends on the application need. CLI reduce can solve the O.CF but be careful, with a too low CLI, speed is not following and application will not work. So, implement it accordingly.
- Increase the switching frequency and Try to optimize it.
- Enter correct motor parameter and enter correct ‘Cos phi’ which is available on Motor Name plate and do auto tuning in cold state.
