We made a Dielectric & insulation test during the final test after the manufacturing of ATV drives.So.no need to do these tests.
However, for information, please find the detail of dielectric test in attachment and Regarding Insulation resistance test, For all ATV ranges of drives should carry an insulation resistance test between power terminal (A) and ground @ 500VDC for 1 min. and should get value of >= 1 M OHM
Note: Power Terminal is same "A" as per the dielectric test.
