TM3XTYS4 (Expert TeSys D & TeSys GV starter controllers Module) is an expansion module of TM3 expansion range to control TeSys D & TeSys GV motor starter.
These modules can only be connected to TM3 expansion bus. Thus only possibility to connect it to M221, M241 and M251 series of PLC in Modicon range which have TM3 expansion slot available to expand TM3 bus (connect TM3 modules for IO expansion).
As HMISCU do not have any TM3 expansion slot, this module cannot be connected to HMISCU and thus you do not see any option to configure the same in SoMachine. In HMISCU the expansion can only be possible if it is on CANOpen communication bus. No other expansion is supported in HMISCU range.
