Charging LED is flashing for every 5 sec with beep sound in UPS BX1000UXI?

It indicates that battery is not connected properly with the UPS.
Check the battery connection of the UPS.
Shutdown the UPS and check whether cables are correctly connected to the terminals of the battery. i.e. polarity of the Battery.
Restart the UPS and check any beep sound, if still problem persist contact customer care.
