Modicon Quantum only support SNMP Agent Service it do not support SNMP Manager. Which means that it cannot request any SNMP traps but will be able to respond SNMP traps generated by SNMP Manager.

Typically SNMP manager is a network management tool which run as SNMP client on PC not available in PLC.
