This is due to Display Power-Saving mode .
To turn on the display , follow below steps.
Press and hold DISPLAY button for two seconds.
NOTE :
1. While in Power-Saving Mode, the display will illuminate if a button is pressed, it then goes dark after 60 seconds of no activity.
2. If by doing above activity display is not turned on then considered as fault in Display need to call contact for Schneider electric for service purpose.
If the display is complete blank and there is no response than UPS may dead due to bad battery . We can verify the battery condition by just putting the UPS on charge for 10-12 Hours . We can plug to different socket as well and can check.
