For the Data Access Client in Clear SCADA you have two options :
1. You need to buy a Client license when you were using Clear SCADA as a ODBC data client for accessing the data from a third party ODBC Server, attached a "CS_ODBC" for details.
2. When you want to access the Clear SCADA Server data by using any third Party ODBC client then you need to check for the Data Access Client licenses in your Clear SCADA license which is 256 Nos. by default in a Clear SCADA Server license. (check the attached "CS_ODBC" for more details with highlighted text).
