How to implement UPS Network Management Card 2 in our organization.We want two alerts/notification option :1: Email (have option for this in our company) 2: SMS Alert (Want to know procedure for this
It is possible to configure email alert in NMC card if the Customer has got the local SMTP Server. Please find the attached ppt to configure the email alert in NMC2 card.

There is no option to directly configure the SMS Alert in NMC2. But,Depends on the Model number of the UPS and the NMC Card part number we can find if we can work on a solution to get SMS alert in case of the device alarm.
