Kindly follow the below instructions to solve the output off error in SRC5KUXI model:
• Input supply should be on to the UPS.
• Turn on the UPS [display should be on].
• Click on ‘Enter’ button for Main Menu.
• Select the ‘Control’ option from Main Menu and enter on it.
• Inside the ‘Control’ option, select second option ‘Output Control’ and click enter on it.
• Again enter on the option ‘No Action’ and it starts to flash for the changes.
• Enter down arrow button until you find the option ‘Turn on Output’.
• Click enter button on ‘Turn on Output’ option to turn on the output.
• Press Mute/Esc button twice to return to main screen.
• Recheck the output voltage from main screen it should be ‘230v’
