Reason for the Problem:

1.Battery Backup outlets may be fully or improperly loaded.
2.The battery was recently discharged due to a power outage and has not fully recharged.
3.The battery has reached the end of its useful life.

Solution:

1.Disconnect non-essential equipment from the Battery Backup outlets and connect the equipment to SURGE ONLY outlets.
2.Charge the battery for 16 hours.
3.Replace the battery.
