Follow the below steps :
If the firmware upgrade does not succeed:
a> Slide the reset switch to the RECOVER position.
b> Remove power to the Analog KVM Switch.
c> Restart the Analog KVM Switch by restoring power.
d> Slide the reset switch back to the NORMAL position.
e> Remove power to the Analog KVM Switch.
f> Restart the Analog KVM Switch by restoring power.
