Follow the below steps :

The Administrator can configure User access to connected
computers on a port-by-port basis:
ï F (full access) default
ï V (view only)
ï Blank (no access): The port does not display on the Userís
main menu list
To set User access, select the target port, and press the
SPACEBAR to cycle through each selection (F, V, blank).
Repeat for each User, and press ENTER when finished.
