0 = OK, 1 = Error Detected
Bit 01 = Summary (on if any other bit is on - Maintenance Icon shown on HMI )
Bit 02 = RAM Failure
Bit 03 = NVRAM Failure
Bit 04 = RTC Failure
Bit 05 = Calibration Failure
Bit 06 = Clipping Detected
Bit 07 = Over-Running Energy Pulse Output
Bit 08 = Inp Mtr Diag Rate Exceeded/Backup RAM failure
Bit 09 = Lang File Mis Match
Bit 10 = Lang String Mis Match
Bit 11-16 Not Used
