This message comes when the Default Server Port (i.e. 5481) doesn’t match with what is configured in Server Configuration (Server Configuration > Global Parameters > Advanced > Server Port).

- Open and Logon to the ViewX Client, Under Home Tab, Click Status and check the Port set under Node Tab (LocalHost:5481).
- After that open the ‘Configure Connections’ (Start Menu > Schneider Electric > StruxureScada Expert > ClearScada > Configure Connections). Go to Properties > Advanced > Set the Server Port to 5481 and save this configuration.
