Probable cause: Battery would have been completely discharged or faulty battery or Internal faulty, Unit tripped due high voltage
1. Disconnect all loads connected to the UPS;
2. Start the UPS on Battery i.e. Cold Start the UPS: Press the ON button, if you hear a beep and output is coming from UPS, then cold start is passed; If you hear only beep and no output, then battery is deep discharged and you need to charge the UPS and then Switch ON;
2. Connect the UPS only to the mains and switch on the main power supply and check the charging LED (Light Emitting Diode) will be solid (if the battery is getting charged);
4. If it powers ON, then Switch OFF the UPS and leave the UPS for charging for 6 hours;
If all the steps are failed, then contact customer care center.
