Such kind of behavior can appears inside delta wiring when connection is not correctly done , So cos=0 (angle between voltage and current is not on the right direction) ,So ,active power is equal to 0 kW (due to cos=0).It is important to check that ATS48 follow the starter wired to the motor delta terminals (Motor winding position to right soft starter output terminal and input) wiring.
