ATV212 drive does not measure directly the line voltage. it measures only the DC bus voltage.
Drive estimates Line voltage (FE04); For Example: if you measure the DC bus voltage = 301 Vdc.
Then DC bus voltage = 1.414 x Line voltage
Line voltage =DC bus voltage/1.414 = 301/1.414 = 212.8 V
The drive estimates that the line voltage is closed to 213Vac.
