Possible cause: When the UPS runs on battery operation and the battery becomes discharged or due to manual intervention.
When adequate power is restored to the UPS (and is within the operating voltage range of the UPS) it will restart in online operation.
If UPS doesn't start on power return may be battery voltage has been reduced to less then 10.5 volt or because of manual intervene by pressing power on/off of UPS.
