how to reset download/upload password of HMIGXU*.. in vijeo designer basic.

No , one can not simply reset the download/upload password of HMIGXU.....One needs to send the HMI to Schneider Service team for factory reset the HMI.

For Indian Customer one can register complaint at customer care via call (1800 103 0011 / 1800 4194272) or mail (customercare.in@schneider-electric.com).
