Index of GOOSE Network Input for the receive GOOSE data point (can be binary or analog). Binary NIs can be used as inputs for
the user-defined logic blocks or as control inputs in the other functions of the relay (e.g. the output matrix).
Analog NIs (virtual analog inputs) can be used as coupling in programmable stages.
