How to measure insulation resistance on ATV630 drives.
check the insulation resistance to earth: --
-Disconnect Motor and three phase supply
- use a 500V DC tester
- connect all power terminals together
- A potential of 500Vdc will applied between the “all power terminals connected together” and earth for 1 minute
- The impedance value must be higher than 1Mohms.
