What is THSC(E21) fault on Altivar AFE.

Monitoring of the internal temperature sensor (short-circuit at a thermistor sensor).
A thermistor of the heat sink is short circuited (value <50 Ω).
Remedy: Check the display in parameter 1.1.08. If it is 0 % or higher than 118 %, probably a temperature sensor is defect. It can be only exchanged by authorized service
technicians.
