Can we reverse the polarity of connections in C60H-DC MCB.

No. The polarity (+ and - sign) in the C60H-DC MCB is marked and wiring should be done accordingly.This is a polarised MCB and is sensitive to current flow.
This range of MCB should not be used in system in which there could be a momentary change in the direction of the current.
