The EBO/SBO Report Server installation stucks while proceeding with creation of new database, it indicates that a RS database is already present at the below location.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation WebReports\Database Files

It shows that an earlier/higher/same version is already installed so you need to delete the existing database (if earlier data is not required) first or you can select upgrade existing database (if earlier data is required)
as per the requirement.
