How to locate the Entitlement ID in License Administrator (in case someone does not have the Entitlement certificate).

Open License Administrator and go to Diagnostics tab. Click the refresh button. Doing so, all the details will be populated.
Here Activation ID is the Entitlement ID. It will be in a format like ACT-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx.
