EBO Version 2.0.0.1801 is installed at site and having issues. What needs to be done.

Please note that this Preview Release (v2.0.0.1801) is not intended or authorized for installation or use at customer sites; it should be used for in-house bench testing only. Consequently, there is no
support for upgrade from 2.0.0 to the final version.
So this EBO version should be completely uninstalled and a supported EBO version must be installed at site.
