If you have locked yourself out of WorkStation. Schneider Electric Buildings support team provides you with a temporary password for logging on to EcoStruxure BMS and changing your administrator password.
Provide the unique session ID (from the failed logon attempt), and the domain you tried to log on to. To show the session ID you need to press SHIFT and click the EcoStruxure Building Operations icon in the WorkStation logon dialog box.
For EBO 2.0 or later:
Click the green area of logotype S of the logo to generate session id.
