Try to adjust LCD contrast but nothing changed at all.
it is display blank issue (Known issue). It is sufficient to load the model & serial number(Cortec) to relay to make it healthy. But kindly note it is suggested to load the same with E4 cable & software.
If you want the firmware we would be requiring the software subversion as well, that will be there in the Setting file which was extracted from the relay
