After logging to the MP series controller using eCommissioning Tool, it is not possible to change anything and all settings appeared to be read-only.

It indicates that currently hosted under another BMS Server. Follow below steps:

• Login to the EBO (> v2.0).
• Delete the SmartX IP controller from IP Network.
• Click AS-P and go to Device Discovery.
• Select BACnet devices from the drop-down list.
• SmartX IP Controller will appear in device discovery.
• Right click the controller and select 'clear host information'.
• Login to the SmartX eCommissioning Tool. Now all the parameters can be accessed and modified.
