Possible Cause:
Additional blank spaces getting copied from an email, which are interpreted as additional characters by the utility, causing the allotted 265 character limit of each code to be exceeded and thus not recognized causing the error notice.
Possible Solution:
Double check the code to ensure by cross referencing the first and last digit from the email to the utility field. Click and place your cursor after the final digit and hit back space until the blank character fields between the cursor and final alphabetical character are removed. Click update license.
