The ATV310 drive does not have a dedicated parameter to configure overvoltage protection. However, overvoltage conditions can be monitored using the fault relay status (R1 relay).
⚙️ Overvoltage Detection Range:
The drive monitors the line voltage from the perspective of the DC bus, whether the motor is running or stopped. This reflects the drive’s rated voltage. Typical voltage ranges include:
- N4 model:
- Input: 360V–460V, 3-phase
- Output: 360V–460V, 3-phase
⚠️ When is Overvoltage Triggered?
- At power-up: If the supply voltage exceeds 10% above the maximum acceptable level, an overvoltage condition may be detected.
- When powered but not running: If the supply voltage exceeds 20% above the maximum rated line voltage, the drive may trigger an overvoltage fault.
✅ Recommended Action:
Check the main supply voltage to ensure it remains within the acceptable range, especially during startup and idle conditions.
