User needs to check the communication option at the time of ordering itself.
As per the selection of hardware, support of protocol is available.
Refer to the Cortec of the MICOM P54x & check the model number for the protocol support.
In case of hardware support is there, then the protocol option can be available by reflashing the relay with the correct firmware.
