For reduction in the motor noise, you may try to set the below parameters in the ATV610 drive:
1. Switch Frequency Type (SFt) - HF2
Allows the system to keep a constant chosen switching frequency [Switching frequency] SFr whatever the motor frequency [Output frequency] rFr. With this setting, the motor noise is kept as low as possible for a high switching frequency. In the event of overheating, the drive automatically decreases the switching frequency. It is restored to its original value when the temperature returns to normal.
2. Noise Reduction (nrd) - Yes
Random frequency modulation helps to prevent any resonance, which may occur at a fixed frequency.
