Probable cause:
Fan is not working or Fan stuck due to excessive dust.
Possible Solution:
In case if there is dust accumulation on fan, try to remove the dust and do manual restart of UPS by switching off the output, turning off the input power supply and then turn on the UPS, this should resolve the issue.
In case if issue still persist even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
