Probable cause:
High or low input voltage or input frequency out of range.
Possible Solution:
1. Check the input voltage, frequency, earth voltage and neutral line.
2. Check the input voltage and frequency through display.
3. Check the input hard wiring for any short.
4. Try to turn on the UPS by giving utility power supply after checking the connections.
In case if issue persist even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint
