Will I need to install EcoStruxure Building Operation to run the new PSO 2020 pan/zoom graphics?
No.  EBO does not need to be installed to use the new PSO 2020 pan/zoom graphics.  The PSO 2020 installer will handle installing the subset of components being reused from EBO graphics.
