Probable cause:
Easy-UPS is experiencing an overload condition
Possible Solution:
1. Disconnect nonessential equipment from the Easy-UPS to eliminate the overload condition.
2. Wait for the Easy-UPS to auto-recover.
3. If still error is popped, restart the unit.
4. Switch off the output and disconnect the unit from mains power supply.
5. Disconnect external batteries.
6. Reconnect the batteries and switch on the utility power and check whether issue is resolved.
In case if issue persist even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
